SPECSTAR manual chain hoist is made of premium 20Mn2 alloy steel, which is compact and durable. Chains are thoroughly reinforced through black oxidation to increase durability.
This hardened load pulley has 4 precision-processed chains that operate smoothly on the ball bearings. Due to the reinforced construction and precision craftsmanship, this hoist lifts items smoothly and easily. It works well in a variety of situations: from garages to warehouses to construction sites to home renovations.
- Made of high-quality alloy steel with a black oxide finish for extra durability and resistance against corrosion and grime, this chain has a capacity of up to 1.25 Tons/2,756 lbs.
- It is equipped with 2 swivel hooks with a safety latch clasp that provides solid grips to ensure lift & load safety; High-quality hooks are not easy to twist, bend or detach from the main body
- Features a built-in mechanical load brake that provides easy and safe control when lifting loads; The chain hoist moves over a sprocket to eliminate lateral movement and easily achieve a vertical lift
- For best performance, you should always make sure chains are not coiled / kinked and hooks are properly secured before use
- Note: It is advisable to check the operation of the brake device early in the lift, by pulling the chain and then releasing. The brake should hold the load securely
